1-Domain name is short,generic domain, a real word and is easy to remember.
A good domain name should be short, more better. Recently, domain-u-a-.com was able to acquire the Domain.com name for $$$. Can you blame them? If you were stuck with domain-u-a.com, even yourself couldn’t remember that URL. Short is better chiefly for two reasons: it is easy to spell without error and it is memorable. prefered to use 4 or maximun 5 letters to be sold quickly, or 2 maximum 3 keywords
2-Domain name is easy to spell and not prone to typographical errors.
Our fourth criterion may seem obvious — hard to misspell — but you’d be surprised how many domain names are tough to spell if you’ve only heard it orally. Many people are poor spellers. Still others are poor typists. Combine them together and you’re better off with a short, memorable, logical, easy-to-spell domain name. Here’s one: rosevilleelectic.com. It does pretty well with criterion 3, since it is the electric company for Roseville, California, but the doubled “e” in the center of the name makes you wonder about the spelling. You could put a hyphen between the words, but then you’d always need to explain on the phone, “It’s roseville-electric.com with a hyphen between the words.” If you always have to explain how to spell your domain name, then it’s not a very good one. Which leads us to another issue
Ignore domains that contain any of the following characters_, input these characters into the box: 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 . Domain names with numbers and hyphens are generally not too popular
Ignore names with repeated characters_ unchecked. Lots of good domain names have repeated letters in them, such as BooksSource.com, for example. You will have to gothrough a few extra names, but I promise it will be worth it in the long run
Do Not use Stoping Keywords in domain name.
3-The domain is product-related and therefore has a high commercial value.
The very best domain name should be one you can guess. Yesterday I wanted to find Focus on the Family so I entered www.focusonthefamily.org. Sure enough, there it was. Their core domain was family.org (that’s nice!), but I could find them by just entering their organization name.
If your business name is too clumsy, look for something that relates to your business. An Indonesian teak furniture company, Indofurn, selected solidteak.com. Is that better than indofurn.com do you think? Which is more memorable? Perhaps both domain names would be better
4-The domain doesn’t violate any third party rights (e.g. trademark rights).

also you cannot use any domain keywords have Trademark Rights
so when i purchased my domain StockSalesmarket i bought it with all extensions even with error spelling also ..
5-The TLD geographically matches the language of the domain name. The reserve price for the domain is reasonable.
ex: aljazeera.net is arabic word for arabian only ,but island.net is english word for english use..etc
6-Choose .com extension .(prefered)
This extension is the most popular around the around, and it is already stuck in people’s mind. Newbies only write the domain keywords and hit Ctrl+Enter , it is easy for them .
Visitors coming to your site via search engines or organic links will pay attention mostly to the name and not to the URL. The next time they want to visit your site it is very likely that they will just type its name followed by a .com. Guess what, if you are not there when they hit enter they will just go somewhere else.
